Project Scope: Located at the San Pasqual Education Department within the San Pasqual Indian Reservation in Valley Center, CA. 'lipay aa will tackle the challenges facing a threatened language and culture while engaging in an innovative curriculum designed to foster and increase their bilingualism as well as standardized test scores and educational attainment and achievement.

Example of Participants' Multimedia Projects: Through workshops and program curriculum participants will learn to create digital media in their 21st Century skill area such as this blog on Language & Culture, where they can engage in interactive debate and discussion.
